With the S&P 500 Index after yesterday’s surge again slightly above the “neckline” (of the head-and-shoulders formation referred in a post last week), I will be monitoring things very closely over the next day or two to see if the impressive bounce was just a one-day wonder or something more enduring. Federal deficit crosses $1 trillion mark with a vengeance
