Galbraith is succinct in explaining the financial events over the past 2 years, no doubt here, but fails to listen to his own words. As typical with all hubristically blinded socialists he advocates more of the same policies which brought us to the brink in the first place.
What he calls medicines, the antibiotics of government largesse required to fix the problem is in reality no more than pain killers maskerading as true healing of the illness. Banks, according to Galbraith are the answer to revival. Read that as the Fed printing money is the cure all.
The apple really dosen’t fall far from the tree. The clip is definately well worth an hours time to view though, whether you agree with his politics or not.
