Holiday blogging
Although 2009 turned out significantly better on most fronts than I expected, my mind and body show signs of fatigue as the year wrestles through its final round. In order to catch up on a mountain of outstanding work and some overdue personal tasks, I have decided to scale back on my blogging activity for the next two weeks. This will also allow me to spend some much needed fun time with my wife Isabel, Monique (11) and Jean (8). I will still post articles, video clips and reading lists on an occasional basis, but research papers and the weekly “Words from the Wise” review will go AWOL until the week of January 4, 2010. I will also use the “off time” to tidy up the blogging site (notably the cluttered sidebar) and add some great new features. My apologies for slowing down the pace a little, but as for all high-performance items, maintenance becomes imperative once in a while. Rest assured, however, Investment Postcards and its editor will again be firing on all cylinders as we welcome 2010! 7 comments to Holiday bloggingLeave a Reply | |||||||||||

Hi Please do not apologize. Family is most important. Cherish the time you have with them.
I think your column is great but certainly can deal with fewer over the next couple of weeks.
Thanks for all your efforts.
Al
You have a great website and your “vacation” is well-deserved.
Thanks for everything.
Ed.
Can’t thank you enough your all the hard work you do on your website. It’s been on my must read list for the last year of so. Keep up the great work, and take a well deserved break over the holidays to be with family!
Enjoy the holidays,
Rick
Happy holidays. You certainly do deserve some respite, although I will miss the Words.
