John Bogle, the founder of the Vanguard Group, speaks with John Authers, investment editor of the Financial Times, about financial reform, reforming investment management in the wake of the financial crisis, and the efficient frontier. He also discusses indexing, “closet” indexing and ETFs. In Part 2, Bogle plays long/short, placing bets on variables from gold to President Obama.
