US: Peak earnings, Goldman hearing
It’s another full week of earnings plus a look at GDP for the beginning of the year. The Fed is expected to hold rates early on and bank reform is set for debate. Also, Goldman executives head to testify on the Hill.
Europe: Oil majors, telecoms in focus
Oil majors BP, Royal Dutch Shell and Total report earnings. In telecoms, the focus will be on KPN and France Telecom and in pharma GSK and Sanofi report.
Asia: Earnings, Japan data in focus
Earnings from Honda, Nissan and Samsung will highlight a busy week of corporate results. On the economic front Japan will release consumer and producer price indexes and Korea will put out its first quarter GDP number.
