Despite the political unrest in Thailand, Mark Mobius, executive chairman at Templeton Asset Management, still sees plenty of value in the country. In this exclusive interview, he tells CNBC’s Bernard Lo why.

I’ve been in Thailand for 7 years now. Some things about the country are great, but when you try and really get anything done, I haven’t seen any change at all. It will be another generation or two before we’ve got another Singapore.
