  • The falling revenues/rising earnings dichotomy is the best part of the interview. I also like the prediction that municipalities will sell their airports and other infrastructure as Europeans did to qualify for the Euro. The State and Local governments are in serious trouble and there is obviously money looking for a decent yield. The “MacQuarie” of the US (ie. the bank that makes this a specialty) is the one to find.
