I listen to this every week. This week I can’t get it either directly or through your link. I’m on Mac and follow their instructions and it has always worked before. Any suggestions?
Actually I tried yesterday and today and could not get the program to run. The help option says
“Web browser: Explorer 5 or higher or Firefox 1.2 (Mozilla Firefox 3.x is currently not supported for Windows Media. Flash Media is supported). If you do not have one of these versions, download the latest version from the following links:”
and
“Windows Media Player v 6.4 or higher or Adobe Flash Player If you do not have one of these versions, download the latest version from the following links: ”
Why on one hand they tell you they do not support Firefox 3.x which would include the latest version 3.6, and then provide you the link to this version lies in the realm of software idiocy.
I actually installed Explorer from their link and could not get it to run in it. I have the latest version of Windows Media Player as they suggest and possibly Adobe Flash Player. The latter is another piece of arcane software that has always been problematic for me.
Has anyone else has problems? Has anyone got a fix?
Lastly, someone needs to advise Don Coxe to go back to his older presentation software that worked beautifully.
It don’t work down in Texas either. I agree with Ian, his old system worked much better.
Maybe Prieur has some influence with Coxe’s office staff.
@R.B, Rick, Ian: It is a problem on Don’s side. Let’s hope it gets sorted out soon.
Still not functioning with either Internet Explorer or Mozilla.
Tried 6 ways to Sunday to get through with no luck – what a waste of time.
Doesn’t run on Mac (Safari, Chrome, or Firefox) or pc (Firefox)
@Brian: As mentioned below, it is a problem on Don’s side. I hope his people will fix it soonest.
