Your title should have said “In hindsight QE2 made no sense, taking into account fiscal stimulus”

Consider the fact that fiscal policy is currently contractionary and Ben is not for raising Fed Funds rates. What implications, if any, does this have for QE. Also, the Fed has said that it doesn’t consider that QE is bound by dates.
