Oil price to rise “beyond anybody’s expectations,” says Rogers

Speaking with the BBC on Tuesday, famed investor Jim Rogers said he believed the oil price would in the foreseeable future rise “beyond anybody’s expectations” and that America was in serious trouble.

  • I’ve been saying for quite awhile what Jim Rogers is suggesting in this video. Speculators are only the branches, not the root of the problem. Villainizing them will ultimately only starve the market of capital that will bring more oil to the market. We’re doing all the WRONG things to bring cheap and abundant energy to the market. My wallet hates to admit it, but it’s only going to get worse!
