Buffett: Battle over debt ceiling is silly

The U.S. nation should not be making crucial decisions on the debt ceiling over a point of a gun, Warren Buffett told CNBC’s Becky Quick, Berkshire Hathaway chairman/CEO. He argues the Treasury could get corporations to pre-pay September corporate taxes if needed.

    Any entity that commits to spending money it does not have does not deserve a triple ‘A’ rating.
