Robert Shiller, Yale University professor and the “Shiller” in the S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index, discusses whether the housing market has already hit the bottom: “It could turnaround, but I don’t see any scientific way to be assured.”

    I am so tired of these CNBC ‘moments’ where we have to listen to endless inanities of the talking heads who are doing nothing more than trying to stretch each interview to fit the allocated time slot. I look forward to the day when we can skip immediately to the transcript and can scan past the pap.
